Welcome to Casa Oliva, our unique charming little country house with its own olive grove just outside the spectacular medieval hilltop village of Casperia and just an hour from Rome, Italy.
Whether your stay is to unwind in nature, or as a base from which you can explore, Casa Oliva provides a home from home in which new meets old. Casperia itself holds a charm of days gone by and is still unpedestrianised. The surrounding countryside is mainly olive trees and mountains. It's no wonder that artists and historians from all over the world come to experience Casperia!

Enjoy the spectacular sunsets ('tramonto'/ also the name of our olive oil) from the terrace with a glass of prosecco, try the delicious local produce and experience the warmth of Italian hospitality.

the magic of Casperia
Located amidst the stunning olive groves of Sabina, Casa Oliva Casperia provides the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Casperia itself is 5 mins by car and a 20 minute walk from Casa Oliva, the local convenience store and bar is 10 mins walk. Casperia itself has a pizza restaurant, pub, bank with cashpoint, two cafe bars, pharmacy, charcuterie, large supermarket, beauty salon, hairdressers, post office and bakery. The village is totally pedestrianised and free from any car fumes and traffic. Our house is 1.5 hours from Rome and twenty minutes' drive from the nearest train station (Poggio Mirteto)
